Correctional Industries uses advanced food processing technology and modern food facilities to produce an extensive range of high quality prepared food products. These products, available in bulk or individually sized portions, are sold to non-profits, as well as local, county and state agencies. Our processing facilities are operated in strict compliance with all U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) requirements, and incorporate flavorful and nutritious food products into a convenient and affordable menu plan. We can provide a wide variety of entrees that can be served alone, or packaged with a roll, beverage, and dessert for a complete meal. Our prepared frozen meals consist of a variety of fruits and vegetables, dairy products, lean meats and whole grains to create a well balanced, nutritious meal. Alternative meals are also available for medical and Kosher diets. Additionally, meals can be purchased from our easy to use order guide in five, seven, ten, or fourteen day quantities to satisfy varying budgets and storage space. Shipping and handling is included and delivered through UPS to provide one low price for our customers. Meal variety packs are wrapped in thermal materials and shipped to any desired location — even to remote locations which may be inaccessible to regular delivery routes.
Halal Meals
CI is pleased to announce the nationwide availability of our Halal meals to satisfy your Muslim population’s dietary needs. With over 20 meals to choose from, our Halal meals were specifically designed to meet strict Halal dietary requirements, and are certified by the American Halal Foundation. Every product is reviewed to verify nutritional values are met, and our finished goods are routinely tested to assure our meals meet USDA standards. All of our foods meet corrections' security requirements and are manufactured under the controlled conditions of our facilities with safety, security, and certification processes at every step. Additionally, each site utilizes security cameras and package scanning equipment to assure security is continually monitored.
