Griffin School District
A Message From The Superintendant Of Griffin School District
"The generosity of Griffin School District voters provided our students, staff, and community a wonderful new school building, complete with play area, sports fields and new furniture throughout all classrooms and offices. We are proud of our new facilities and especially pleased with the furniture obtained from Washington State Correctional Industries.
"In short, the service and products delivered by Correctional Industries is of the highest quality. CI's professional team worked closely with our staff to define the needs of each assigned workstation ranging from customizing student and teacher desks to creating movable storage areas with flat files for teachers and providing interior design and layout consultation. CAD drawings laid out the placement of every item in our new facility and helped us work through a highly complicated process.
"Each step of the way, CI Representatives helped us identify efficiencies and cost savings that allowed us to make the very best of our limited and precious resources. After working with Correctional Industries representatives for over a year to furnish our school, I am able to give them my highest recommendation. It comes without qualification. They kept our students and staff needs a high priority during the entire process. The service was always professional and they were available and willing to help us resolve several critical issues. Further, CI stands behind their products with an excellent warranty.
"I encourage other public agencies to utilize Correctional Industries services. We were able to fully utilize our own scarce resources, support a state agency charged in part with rehabilitation, education and training, and end up with a quality product that will be appreciated in our community in the years to come."
