- Heavy duty fluorescent orange zipper for vest closure

- Padded rear collar for added comfort, made from Nike® Dri-FIT microfiber
- Microphone holders on both left and right upper chest
- Additional slot above left chest pocket for state ID card (not shown)
- Seven exterior pockets with hook and loop fasteners, flap closures; top left pocket is two-layered with pen/pencil holders, two bottom pockets include outmost section with bungee strap closures for cell phone, radio, PDA, etc.
- Left lower pocket has two grommets for string and flagging to be pulled through for surveying activities
- Five interior pockets; Top left interior pocket with hook and loop fasteners, flap closure; two bottom interior pockets are two-layered, inside layer secured with hook and loop fasteners, outside layer with zipper
