Industry Experience

Correctional Industries has been involved in the food industry for over twenty years. Together, food service directors, menu planning engineers and a registered dietitian follow a seven stage R&D process to develop quality products. These culinary specialists focus on nutrition, protein science and sensory insights with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. Every product is reviewed by our on-staff registered dietitian to verify nutritional values are met, and our finished goods are routinely tested to assure our meals meet USDA standards. Our ongoing proactive focus leads to nutritious foods that are an integral part of a more balanced lifestyle.

All of our foods meet corrections security requirements and are manufactured under the controlled conditions of our processing facilities with safety audits, security audits and certification processes at every step.
