| The Washington Corrections Center (WCC) is the main processing institution for male offenders who enter the state prison system from city and county correctional facilities. Class II operations include CI's customer service center, laundry services, and clothing & safety product distribution. |

CI Customer Service
Correctional Industries' customer service center is located at WCC. Besides handling general customer inquires, this is our main processing center for online and standard orders. Delivery and invoicing is also controlled here for products and services statewide. |

Offender Clothing
CI operates a clothing fulfillment center at WCC which supplies offender apparel to the Department of Corrections and other city and county jails.
Safety Products
The safety product shop produces emergency kits to meet the many needs of Correctional Industries' customers. Each kit is designed with components that comply with OHSA and WISHA standards, and are conveniently packaged in a variety of sizes.
