The Washington Corrections Center (WCC), just outside Shelton, is located 20 miles northwest of Olympia, on the shores of Oakland Bay. Class II operations at WCC include our customer service center, offender clothing distribution
and laundry services. |

Customer Service
Correctional Industries' customer service center is located at WCC. Besides handling general customer inquires, this is our main processing center for online and standard orders. Delivery and invoicing is also controlled here for products and services statewide. |

Offender Clothing
CI operates a fulfillment center at WCC which supplies offender apparel to the Department of Corrections and other city and county jails.
WCC is the first, and main, processing institution for male offenders who enter the state prison system from city and county correctional facilities. |
